UPDATE: New Photo of Wanted Murder Suspect

Portland Police have released a more recent photo of Gary Lewis, a wanted murder suspect.  It was taken from a surveillance camera at a Portland area business.  Police say Lewis killed a woman who was renting his basement apartment.  Below is the latest information from police and Crime Stoppers:

The Portland Police Bureau, in cooperation with Crime Stoppers of Oregon, is asking for the public's help in locating a wanted murder suspect. 

61-year-old Gary Alan Lewis has a warrant for Murder in connection with the death of 59-year-old Renee Suzanne Sandidge-Crowell. Sandidge-Crowell was reported missing on Saturday June 7, 2014, and her remains were located on Tuesday June 10 at Lewis' Northeast Portland home. 

Lewis was last seen on Saturday June 7, at his Northeast Portland home, which has since been searched by detectives and is currently vacant. 

Lewis is described as a white male, 6'2" tall, 190 pounds (or thinner), short gray hair, and brown eyes. 

Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward of up to $1,000 for information, reported to Crime Stoppers, that leads to an arrest in this case, or any unsolved felony, and tipsters can remain anonymous.
